ABOUT US
The Northern Colorado Potters Guild was founded in 2005 by a small group of potters who wanted to build a creative community. The Guild was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to not only allow its members to create, learn and further hone their craft, but also to provide a welcoming environment for new pottery students to experience the joys of working with clay.
Today, the Guild has roughly 100 members who work together to support this vision. We offer ongoing classes for wheel throwing, handbuilding, and skill-building workshops for all levels of students from beginner to advanced.

POTTERS WITH A PURPOSE
Through our Potters With a Purpose program, the Northern Colorado Potters Guild supports other local nonprofit organizations. We help fight hunger in our community by donating handmade ceramics to the Larimer County Food Bank's annual Empty Bowls fundraiser and regularly provide auction items or other support to a wide range of organizations and causes, from Raptor Rehabilitation to Northern Colorado disaster relief. Below is a list of some of the organizations that have benefited from our help over the years.
We wish we could support each organization that asks, but we are able to provide donations to only a fraction of the applicants who make requests. Please contact us well in advance of your event to inquire about donations.
If you are a representative of an organization seeking donations of pottery or other assistance, please contact the Guild at: president@nocopottersguild.org
